Partnership Framework Agreement (Template)
Article 1 — Purpose of the Agreement
This Partnership Framework Agreement defines the general principles governing cooperation between the European Civic Resilience Programme (ECRP) and partner institutions.
It serves as a non-exclusive template and may be adapted to specific cooperation contexts, provided that ECRP governance principles are respected.
Article 2 — Nature of Partnership
- Partnership with ECRP does not constitute endorsement of political positions or policy agendas.
- Partners cooperate with ECRP solely for educational and civic purposes consistent with the Programme’s objectives.
Article 3 — Responsibilities of Partners
Partner institutions agree to:
- respect the ECRP Project Charter and governance documents;
- organise activities in accordance with ECRP rules and procedures;
- refrain from using ECRP activities for political, ideological, or commercial promotion;
- ensure participant safety and respectful conduct.
Article 4 — Use of Name and Materials
- Use of the name “European Civic Resilience Programme” and related materials is permitted only within the scope of agreed activities.
- Any public communication referencing ECRP must accurately reflect the nature of the cooperation.
Article 5 — Compliance and Review
- Partnerships may be reviewed to ensure ongoing compliance with ECRP governance principles.
- Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of the partnership.
Article 6 — Duration and Termination
- Partnership arrangements are established for a defined period.
- Either party may terminate cooperation in accordance with agreed terms.
Article 7 — Entry into Force
This Partnership Framework Agreement template enters into force upon its official publication as part of the ECRP Governance Framework.
