Organiser Accreditation Rules

Article 1 — Purpose

These Organiser Accreditation Rules define the eligibility criteria, responsibilities, and compliance obligations for institutions seeking to organise activities under the European Civic Resilience Programme (ECRP).

No organisation may organise ECRP activities without prior accreditation in accordance with these Rules.


Article 2 — Eligible Organisations

Organiser accreditation may be granted to institutions including, but not limited to:

  • educational institutions;
  • universities and research centres;
  • cultural or civic organisations;
  • non-profit associations;
  • public or semi-public institutions.

Commercial entities may be considered only where their activities are demonstrably aligned with the educational objectives of ECRP.


Article 3 — Accreditation Criteria

To obtain accreditation, an organisation must demonstrate:

  1. a clear educational or civic mission compatible with ECRP principles;
  2. the capacity to provide appropriate venues and logistical support;
  3. the ability to ensure participant safety and respectful conduct;
  4. commitment to compliance with all ECRP governance documents;
  5. willingness to cooperate with evaluation and review procedures.

Article 4 — Application Procedure

  1. Organisations seeking accreditation shall submit a formal application in accordance with procedures established by ECRP.
  2. Applications shall be reviewed on the basis of documented information provided by the applicant.
  3. Accreditation decisions shall be communicated in writing.

Article 5 — Responsibilities of Accredited Organisers

Accredited organisers shall:

  • organise activities in compliance with ECRP governance documents;
  • appoint only qualified ECRP facilitators;
  • ensure that participation is voluntary and informed;
  • maintain appropriate records of activities;
  • cooperate with audits, reviews, or investigations.

Article 6 — Duration and Review of Accreditation

  1. Organiser accreditation is granted for a defined period.
  2. Accreditation may be reviewed, suspended, or withdrawn in the event of non-compliance with ECRP rules.

Article 7 — Withdrawal and Consequences

  1. Accreditation may be withdrawn where serious or repeated breaches occur.
  2. Withdrawal may result in:
    • termination of the right to organise ECRP activities;
    • invalidation of related certifications;
    • termination of partnership arrangements.

Article 8 — Entry into Force

These Organiser Accreditation Rules enter into force upon their official publication as part of the ECRP Governance Framework.
